Email Communication

Email communication is not only an effective way of communication but it is becoming more necessary in the day and age in which we live. In the article in which we read it said that only 50% of the time the recipient is able to decode the desired message in an email that is sent from one person to the other. This is not a welcome statistic in which the position of the company may hang in the balance. Thus, one should try to send a message that will be decoded easily. This can be done in a number of ways. One way is trying to use ways of explaining things or describing certain situations or ideas that are complicated in a more easy to understand way. This I believe is a key to breaking the barrier between the sender and the recipient of an email. If a person can do this they will not only have an easier time trying to communicate through email but will also enhance there interpersonal skills as a person as well.
