Issue #13

Attention Dunder Mifflin employees:

I would like to make a brief announcement of our overall communication with our customers. It is important to be personal and understand what it is our customers use our products for, but it is also important to keep our customer relationships on a professional level. Abbreviations and quick-text style is alright being used in the office with fellow employees, but please keep your writing and language at a formal level with our customers. I expect you to know what proper communication would be considered. Remember, we want our customers to view us as qualified sells men and women in professional business. Thank you for your consideration.
