Issue # 12

To Employees of Dunder Mifflin,

The use of written communication in the business setting has not been up to par in this company. We will not tolerate abbreviating words when spelling it out is much more business effective. We need clients to take us seriously and not perceive us as high school students who do not have time enough for them to write a full sentence. Clients are our main priority and we have all the time in the world. If you cannot seem to grasp this concept, your phone has another function other than texting. Dial their number and talk to them, it is much more personal and lets them know that Dunder Mifflin is there for them.

If you have any questions feel free to call anytime.
