Issue #12 (part 2)

Dear Burrus Inc. Employees,

I am writing this message to restate the company's policies regarding written communication with customers. Although text messaging and the style used in text messages has become ever popular lately, please refrain yourself from sending customers informal text messages. We strive to look professional to our customers, and as easy as text messaging is, it is not appropriate for the style of communication we wish to use. As always, watch what you say to customers so as to not anger or disappoint them. If you have any questions regarding this or any other issue, feel free to contact me.
