Personally, I think a person’s personal life should remain separate from their professional life, but we are evolving as a society where it’s almost impossible to stick to that mentality. It’s almost impossible to keep your private life private. The internet allows access to practically anything, and people need to be aware that even a quick Google search can be costly. In order to ensure your private life remains private, you should be wary of what you post to the internet, and take advantage of the various privacy features of social networking sites. Anything you do can come back to haunt you if you aren’t careful.
